extends RuntimeException

Thrown when the dataset manifest is not valid JSON, does not match the expected schema, or fails its manifestChecksum. The manifest cannot be trusted. This is distinct from a manifest whose format version this build does not recognize, which is UnsupportedManifestVersionException.
